What amp rating will the controller support ? Does it have a plug for a C.A.

It is rumored to provide up to 60A battery current, and it does have a CA connector. Specs to be confirmed when I test the samples. Fingers crossed.

I'm interested in your 12FET IRFB4110 Sine Wave Controllers. The Kelly controllers, nor the Infineon controllers are sine wave. Would prefer if available. 60 amp phase current needed. More info please as I'm in the market right now. Any idea of when you'll have some in? Costs or approximation? Thanks.

The Controller Specs are still unknown, other than I know it is a Sine Wave and it has 12 IRFB4110 FETS, and has a 3-speed switch for 20A/40A/60A Battery Current. Phase Current ratio is unknown, nor is it programmable.

I have a feeling the 3T motor will be too much for it, but I am hoping the 4T through 6T motors will work well with it.

Can I set regen power? What's the working voltage?

The controller has 2 voltage versions: 40-75V and 56-90V. Both will offer up to 60A battery current. I do not yet have confirmation whether the 56-90V version will support 24S LiPo. I will be checking that when I get my sample.

Regen is standard, but it is not programmable.

These look like good options for the marketplace....I wish you the best of luck.

Here's a farfle swingarm with a 20-inch wheel and a BHT motor (which is the same size as the Lightning Rods big block). BTW, em3ev's small triangle pack fits this triangle. You can get it with the 40A BMS using the Samsung 25R cells, 14.7-Ah

I need max power for regen because most of the time standard regen is set to low. no way to get good regen?

Definitely down to purchase 1 Kilowatt Bag. Are they available now? Just opened up a couple ebay bags that go in the same location today, and they ended up being much too small. BTW I'm minutes away if you do local pick-up..

I'll be watching for the results of the controller as well!

I just got the updated sample bag this week. There were a couple things that did not get made correctly, that I will want to remedy. But they are pretty simple changes.

I am interested enough to start saving up for a slow wind motor and the 19 inch motorcycle rim.

Teslanv I'm willing to test the controller. When can you ship it. Ha Ha Sounds like a winner for lower power and no 9c whine.

Have you investigated getting the motors drilled for 13ga instead of 10ga spokes?

For those using bicycle rims, this seems like a more desirable option than resorting to washers to fix up the current design. This should be particularly useful when using smaller diameter rims where short spoke length requires thinner spokes for proper tensioning.

If larger gauge spokes are really desired, enlarging an existing hole is not too challenging...

And - ya - I know this is like arguing religion - but just asking anyway.... :D

The Samples can't get here fast enough...

Just out of curiosity, Is there any interest in MXUS' other DD Hub Motors?

I might be willing to bring in some other products including:

750W 28mm DD Hub - 12X5T, 9X7T, 8X8T and 6X10T
1000W 30mm DD Hub - 12X5T, 9X7T, 8X8T and 6X10T
1200W 35mm DD Hub - 16X4T, 12X6T, 8X8T

To keep it simple, probably just bare hub motors, for as cheap as I can possibly sell them.
