Which 20-inch tyres, speed, wet, not heavy?

Post by zeccato » Jan 30 2020 3:45pm

Rear Rim Type 20, Alex DM24 (inside),
forward Rim Type 20 , 1,8 inside.

Preferably high type big apple
that I have, but I see the vulnerability of sliding into wet corners,
and after 7 years I have to change them.

My weight 60kg, bike 19? battery 4 or 13kg. + possible 20kg shop.

Some I wanted are not there for 20 inches.
Euro area.
Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

I run marathon plus, theyre fast and you don't get flats but a hard ride, I switched my back tire to a maxxis maxx daddy 20x2.20 nobby for winter so its a slower tire but I could ride in snow and its a soft ride. ive ordered 2- maxxis 2.20x20 holy roller tires for the front to replace the marathon plus tires to soften my ride, theyre like a knobby tire but inverted knobs for less rolling resistance but still grip and can be used on gravel and ill probably put a 2.20x20 hookworm on the back. ive used the hookworm in the rear(awesome tire) and holy rollers in front in 26 inch wheels. if I was strictly street id use the hookworm but I also go on dirt so im getting the holy rollers, me and bike were 305lbs, bike was 105 me 205. big ben I looked at and thought there is no way id go 60km/h with those on my bike, 30km/h sure but that's it.

If they're not lighter by speed then I'll stay with the big apples.

Here are some lighter tires I found:
495 g (17 oz) BIG APPLE
340 g (12 oz) MARATHON RACER
230 g (8 oz) KOJAK6

BIG APPLE look good on me (high type),
the others I don't know
