These look like an interesting battery pouches, seems like they are out of China and been around since 1995.
Is this brand known, is it a brand name.
This work was funded by Neosonic Li-polymer Energy (Zhuhai) Corp. in Zhu Hai City,
Guangdong Province, China
There are a number of conventional Li-ion FePO4 battery manufacturers from the United States (A123 and Valence), Taiwan (LiFeBatt), and China (AA Portable Power and K2 Energy), but Neosonic has a more unique design with the polymer Li-ion iron-phosphate technology.

If they have been available since 1995, I would think they are outdated at least.
And since they are not exactly memorable, I would also think they are forgettable !
Stick to known cells and suppliers like A123, Ping, Cellman, and even Hobbyking for value and known performance.

The company's been around since 1995. I dont know about the batteries.
Well that explains why they are so cheap then.

HobbyKing LiFePO4 are good then?
