Re: BMS with optional Bottom and/or Top Balancing

My app does not show sigs, and as I just said, what you own is not the problem, its how the gear gets used. You **think** that "nothing happens" but as I've stated many times now, you are dead wrong, continuing to hold Absorb / CV voltage past the endAmps spec 100% Full point is **both** dangerous ...

Re: Battery pack 60V

Sorry I thought battery packs are calculated by reaching 48 V which it includes 13 Cells in series and to get more Amp needs only to put more cells in parallel, and if a normal math is : 2.5 A per each cell and if we do times 13 cells it'll reach 32.5 A. doesn't it work like that for the battery pa...

Re: BMS with optional Bottom and/or Top Balancing

If I make a charge with mine Power supply Gophert CPS (without balance) adjusted to 55v 4A (c.c c.v) for the battery 16s lifepo4 30A, even though I forget, nothing happens, because the power supply drops in c.v to almost 0A. Do you confirm that also have the overvoltage alarm for every 8s? (From what I've seen, it looks like it.).

Re: What is limiting my BLDC Motor power Output?

if before you went to 36v, while 72v doubles the speed, you need in my opinion 1500-2000W, but if you are not light (with big wheel) etc. heats.
I would go to 48v.

Re: singlespeed rear hub motor for 120mm spacing?

Field oriented control: with the right controller it can increase the speed, for example up to 120% and more. You may be referring to flux/field weakening. You don't need a controller with FOC to have flux weakening. A lot of non FOC controllers have that feature. Yes, field weakening, you correcte...

Re: singlespeed rear hub motor for 120mm spacing?

How would field oriented control increase speed? All I’ve seen is a slightly slower speed with foc. I’d think would need field weakening to do that regardless I've heard of 1 slow foc controller too, maybe to protect the gears, but not all of them are the same. then the field oriented control is pr...
