Try to reflash option bytes that most probably also got corrupted you can download them from eco cycles for your motor. Then reflash casainho firmware again. No!! Our firmware see if the option bytes value is incorrect and if so, write the correct one. As soon as i saw in the code it does only for ...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

So far running the blue gear on a 750W 48V motor on an enduro bike (on off the power all the time) for some 1000km it's been problem free, I do however have brake sensors installed and a reasonable current ramp up of only 6A. +1 for the blue gear from me. This is an important feedback to have, I ho...

Do you think it is possible to replace the capacitors and test the controller again? That controller is hard to repair and since the cost of a new one is cheap, I think is best to replace for a new one. I also have that same BMS, I will in future use the soft lock / enable/disable on the BMS. It is...

I have a strange issue with my TSDZ2 measuring battery voltage with about less 10V and also the value oscillates like +-1 volts. I tested the same battery on another TSDZ2 and vice-versa and yes, the issue is not the battery (even because I measured with a multimeter as also the BMS has Bluetooth an...

Regarding a PR : my limited programming skills are keeping me to address complex bugs but maybe I could try to do something regarding the number of assistance levels. I'll have a look. Don´t do it, better to keep things simple otherwise will be a pain to maintain. And focus energy only on really hi...

Nobody must use all 20 levels! You are free to change only 3 or 5 or 10. I can't understand why we should change this! Casainho has declared in a earlier post why he want this! No problem with that, even if I'm not aware of the reason why those 20 levels could be necessary. But again from an UX poi...

Since I installed that firmware (latest stable) there is a very annoying problem : the motors cuts off on bumps and shocks.
Probably you need to disable the fast cadence stop configuration.
Please report if that solved or not your issue.

Hi, i also considered the NRF52 but I had excluded the chip because it has only one UART. I need at least two UART to talk with both controller and LCD (better three to have also a debug log). Strange because NRF52840 that supports BLE and ANT+ has 2x UARTS with DMA. And I am pretty sure a third on...

20% of the initial torque so the graphic starts with power higher than 0. But I am not a developer, so I don't know how long it takes to the speed sensor to detect the speed and the torque sensor detect the push, so the motor gives that initial power. We are talking of 0.1seconds. The problem of 3....

2. power: configurable and fixed amount of motor power like 500W. No idea. What Marcoq has right now is a initial start assist of 20% and the fast current ramp. If the initial push is too high it is going to be unsafe. I think this function should not replace the current BOOST because I am sure its...
