I would open the controller and look at the capacitor ratings. If they are rated 63 V max, you could try running it at 48V (13S) or even 52V (14S).... You'd likely gain 30% top speed, but acceleration will remain the same. If the caps are 50V rated, don't risk it though. Matador Hi, thanks for your...

Bumping this thread. Any one with the new model Yosemite MTB 29" who knows how to increase the speed? I've changed the speed limit to 45km/h via the sub menu (using code 1919 on the Bafang C965 display). Still the bike totally cuts of power at 25km/h. I can see the watt usage go down from like 150w ...
