Re: Looking for 860C manual

Does anyone have a link to the 860C display manual? I have one and pulled the remote switch off it without looking at which connector it was one. It will plug into both but the color only matches one of them but want to make sure that is the right one. One connector is longer than the other also. T...

Killed my 850C display and not sure what I did wrong

This morning I went to flash v0.7.0 because I was on 6.8 and had some of the bad issues. Anyway I hooked it up and flashed it and now the display is dead and will not power up. My steps were as follows. Battery removed from the trike. Display disconnected but remote buttons still connected. Plugged ...

Re: firmware v0.6.8 issue

Mine has done the same thing, I start to pedal and the motor kicks in with lots of power then shuts off. This will repeat. I can solve it by just going into the settings menu and selecting something then backing out and restarting the system and it works. Today I had it do a new one, I started to p...

What motor temps are safe?

I just finished the install of my TSDZ2 on my Ice Trike. I still need to configure it a little but all of it is now working.
I have the temp sensor installed and working but I have no idea what I should watch for as an upper temp limit.
What is the max temp I should watch for and be safe?

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Are all the motors the same 36v, 48v or 52v?
I ordered a 52v overdrive erosion from Eco-Cycles and now see on the bottom of the motor it is marked 36v.

Has anyone noticed a price increase on TSDZ2 kits? Seems like they've gone up $50-$60 USD since December 2019?
There is apparently a “new and improved” 2020 version. Maybe that’s why it’s more expensive?
Where did you see something about a new 2020 version?

Re: Battery Cable connectors?? Waterproof?

John61ct is right. Unless your getting salt water submersion, a waterproof plug will just hold in moisture more than anything. I run deans connectors on my e bike and rc cars and larger rc planes. My "beater" rc truck i skip water with all the time, sometimes i don't make it lol. It floats just bar...

Re: Battery Cable connectors?? Waterproof?

DTP series Deutsch DTM / DT for smaller stuff. There are "weather resistant" booties for Andersons if it makes you feel better, check out Aussie eBay and PowerWerx.com, more by googling. But why so fixated on "waterproof"? Submerged in seawater maybe. Millions of rigs running high amps through rain...
