Re: ME1616 + Controller 96v

If you're willing to substitute the ME1616 for a Zero 75-7 then maybe my kit would be appealing. https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&p=1521814#p1521814 Thank you very much. The link doesn't work anymore though. The only link I found on the forum doesn't mention any online reseller :(

Re: 3D printing magnetic filament for coils tooth

I found a test done HERE
It really seems like a good idea, at least to improve the magnetic field. No idea about the eddy current losses.

3D printing magnetic filament for coils tooth

Hi everyone! I would like to build my own axial flux coreless motor and I have some questions about the coils and the stator 1- The easiest solution is to build some coils and pour some epoxy over it without any stator slot nor teeth. ME1616 + Controller 96v

Dear all,

I'm looking for a used ME1616 motor and it's controller. Ideally the controller should bare 96V so it will probably be Sevcon gen 4 size 6 or Kelly KLS8080IPS.

I live in France and Hungary so EU based would be much better.

Thanks!

BORGI open source hub motor

Hi all, Scrolling the internet I found about Occupy Cars and their BORGI motor. It's an open source project for a hub motor: https://github.com/occupycars/BORGI-WheelHubMotor All the drawings are their, they lack only instructions and testing. I was wondering if any of you new about them or tried to...

Re: 50/100 kW PMSM Survey

It is exactly the kind of power/size motor I am looking for right now. I think there is a lack of offer between for 30-70kW continuous. I would be interested by completely assembled motor or even just to buy plans and assembly instructions. However, the only drawback I see is the UE certification. C...
