Hi VasiliSk,

So, do you know what the setup for the motor hall sensors on a Cyclone is? Does anyone who has done this for a C3000W motor have some wiring diagrams as to how to connect the C3000W motor to the Nucular?

Thanks.

G.
Connect randomly and run autodetection.... :D

Re: Nucular electronics - complete kit for ev! [beta]

Has anyone tried running a Cyclone 3000w with a Nucular 6f? Just made an order for one, hope it is a good match. Did you ever get any definitive answer about this? I'm planning the same - it looks like there should be some headroom on that controller, but I'm on my first build so want some hand hol...

I dont think, that fuse is bad choice if you mount it outside battery box.

Never saw such balancer. It's like active BMS, despite all BMSs available are passive discharge balancing type. Circuit brackers can be small enough. https://electricscooterparts.com/circuitbreakers.html https://www.worldelectricsupply.com/shop/en/p/ge-industrial-solutions-thqp140-1-pole-120-240-vo...

Re: Cyclone 3000 vs CYC X1?

This one pumps energy from actual highest voltage cell to lowest voltage cell. 1A (or what you set) no matter what voltage difference is. Delta is adjustable too. I connect it only when charging. Setup and monitoring by bluetooth in phone.

Re: Cyclone 3000 vs CYC X1?

What's your battery layout for 22S in such triangular shape? Nucular doesn't work well with RC motors like X1 Pro, as I heard. It needs special firmware which is still not available. I read it, but in actual power level works well. Needs change gearings to avoid chain slipping with bigger power. Bu...

Re: Cyclone 3000 vs CYC X1?

You're claiming the bare 4kw motor weighs less than the CYC with gearbox? I have the 3kw and even running 2.2kw it gets very hot on any real climbs in the summer. Not sure how you are pumping 4x the power through a motor barely 30% larger. Also last I checked the Nucular doesn't have enough ERPM ca...

Hi good you drill some holes . Only 4 ? I have 16holes and way less amps Becafe your amps are way hight.... Nice work. Good luck Drill is not right word...:-) I can go about 5kW continuous power in high rpm. I think it can take more with 22s battery with more rpm. Screenshot_20191105-122558.jpg

How did the sound change when you removed the gears and replaced it with the 219 chain? Thanks for the pictures! Its hard to tell. Re: Cyclone 3000 vs CYC X1?

I started with standart cyclone kit 4000w. After some time and one crash by stupid speed control throttle on standart cyclone controller I bought sabvoton 72150. Re: Cyclone 3000 vs CYC X1?

I prefer cyclone. With my mods 4kw cyclone is cca same weight like cyc and can take MUCH more power. And is much cheaper. X1pro is louder than stock cyclone with gearbox. But as it looks you have removed the planetary gearbox from your Cyclone? And are using a gear reduction on the crank. I presume...

Re: Can the Cyclone 3000 Handle a 24s Pack ( 100 volts ) ?

https://electrotransport.ru/ussr/index.php?topic=34238.0 Look here. 85v vs 63v better efficiency and less heat. Same power higher rpm. This motors likes higher rpm. Overheats at low rpm. I can use my cyclone 4000w with 18s with internal cooling fan cca 5000w continuous and 10kw bursts. But only with...

Is someone reading wiki or tech info before ask? You can charge every battery with this converter only with one rule. PSU must be lower voltage than battery. Controller works like step up converter, that you can setup. Input amps limit, input voltage drop, output voltage output amps..... So teoretic...

Noise? Much better than planetary with steel gears. :D
Pedal? Realy? With 10kW ebike is your 300W comic.... :D And bike chain needs high speed to survive that power so you dont have that fast legs. :) I have 30/11-50T gearing. Using only 5 biggest gears. But yes, you can if you need...

Lukashanak, super cool, thanks for sharing! Can you share what freewheel and 72t sprocket did you use?
