Re: Lebowski's motor controller IC, schematic & setup, new v

Hi Volttan, Had a looks at the hex files. In 2.93 the recovery menu is not filled out (not autocompleted) . Also in the erpms menu you should enter a small number for 'accept reverse below' and give reasonable numbers for the regen ramping (like 500, 800). Finally I recommend you to set the transit...

Re: Lebowski's motor controller IC, schematic & setup, new v

2.91 works on these settings almost perfectly, it only needs a little help at startup. He can only break the synchronization when the throttle is opened quickly version:291_ 0x7EB8 0x0000 0xFFFF 0xFFFF 0x795E 0x0020 0xBC77 0x5368 0x038A 0x000A 0x0000 0x07AE 0x0018 0x0000 0x01E0 0xFFFF 0xF852 0xFFE8 ...

Re: Lebowski's motor controller IC, schematic & setup, new v

Just guesses Voltan That position sensor looks like it may be possible to replace the circular PCB with a much simpler one with 3 honeywell hall sensors on it, to plug straight into Mr lebowski's system. One of the nice things about lebowski's code is that the hall signals don't have to be accurate...

I just made updates to 2.93.
I will test tomorrow

Do you have any idea how to make an encoder for my motor?
The motor has a built-in resolver, maybe there is a converter resolver to the hall?

Re: Lebowski's motor controller IC, schematic & setup, new v

How to correctly set Kerpm?
Do I have to know what is the U / F = const for this electric motor? As in the case of a classic induction motor.
In my bike I have 176 Vmax batteries,

Re: Lebowski's motor controller IC, schematic & setup, new v

I have a problem with the start of the motor in the sensorless mode The bike needs some help. It needs your help in configuration. The engine comes from the RXH peugeot. Battery 176V 80Ah Probably it is a bosch SMG http://www.em-motive.com/index.php?id=198 I could not find anything interesting about...

Big thanks Bob, very cool board. RS232 communication works, on Monday the connection to the power module and check whether everything works.

Tomdb
I found on another forum your document with Honda controller.
I think the lower and upper gate marked vice versa

Re: Lebowski's motor controller IC, schematic & setup, new v

I have a similar problem. Idle motor starts with a big problem, tug at 1/3 throttle lightly loaded at full throttle also with problems. Tests on small motor 200W 24V 6k rpm the electric motor always goes at full speed is not dependent on the throttle a) autocomplete set a) autocomplete b) FOC measur...

Right, I plugged vice versa H and L.
Now I almost works.

You can tell me what the value set?
a) current sensor transimpedance: 6.00 mV/A
and
b) maximum motor phase current: 19.9 A
c) maximum battery current, motor use: 19.9 A
up to the controller powerstage

Got the the pwm signal working and confirmed with the test signal?

PWM at the terminals of the power stage looks good

a) PWM frequency: 5kHz
b) deadtime: 1700ns
c) dutycycle testsignal: 50%

Re: Lebowski's motor controller IC, schematic & setup, new v

Hello, I'm trying to build the same controller as your Tomdb, Honda ima. Also I have a problem with the measurement FOC motor inductance. For now trying with little outruner motor from the vehicle water pump 200W 6000RPM and battery 22V. 5 volts on the chip is okey, I used a lot of capacitors and po...
