Re: Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5

Yes my issue is a bad cell in the battery. It hits 3.0v while all other cells are still at 3.6v.
When it hits 3.0v it triggers the BMS and shuts off the battery while the the battery voltage is still 35.5v.

Re: Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5

Thanks everyone, looks like I probably have a bad cell. I have cut into the battery and am charging each group of cells individually with an RC charger as suggested. received_2918618908189086.jpeg These are the voltages I measured when fully charged 1. 3.97 2. 4.08 3. 4.08 4. 3.97 5. 3.97 6. 4.19 7....

Re: Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5

. About the battery cutoff, you can set this in the Java Gui, but the real cutoff depends of the specs. of the used li-ion cells and the cut-off setting of the BMS too. Maybe 29V isn't possible. You were correct, I ran the battery on a light globe until the bms shut it off at 35v. Do you know if it...

Re: Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5

Sorry, I am very new to programming.

What personal setting would I be inserting in the config.h file?

Why cant I just use the settings in TDSZ2_Controller_vM0.19.C.hex?

Re: Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5

I have the VLCD6 display.

I was under the impression that Marqoc settings suited the 36v motor?

All I really need is the original .hex file with the LVC changed to 29v (battery BMS 30v.)

The problem is I only get half range out of my battery as the motor turns off at 35.5v.

Thanks

Re: Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5

Thanks, I need to flash using the STVP as the .Jar compiler does not work on my PC, which is why I need the latest .hex file for a stable version.

Can I just flash TDSZ2_Controller_vM0.19.C.hex file using STVP?

Thanks

Re: Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5

What is the latest most stable .hex file to suit 36v 350w motor?

And where can I get it from?

What is the most simple way to change my low voltage cut off?

I have 36v 350w tsdz2

Motor cuts off at 35.5v battery voltage now

I want to cut off at 29v. How do I change this simply?

Thanks

Re: Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5

I cant get the java configurator to work.

How do I directly flash using the STVP programmer?

I have tried loading one of the .hex files from the 'release' folder and flashing it to 'program memory' tab, however the motor lost all power.

How do I flash Marqocs firmware to the motor using STVP?

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Sorry for the dumb questions. Can I just flash the motor controller to change the low voltage cut off and not flash the LCD display at all?

All I want to do is change the low voltage setting in the motor, can I just do that alone changing a line of code ?

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I'm not interested in flashing any firmware, is there a way to set the low voltage on the VLCD6?

I'm pretty surprised and disappointed that it only uses half the battery ? And after reading most or this thread before purchasing no one has made mention of this?

Re: Bafang BBSxx, replacement of bearings in bottom bracket

this thread is interesting, and as someone who will be taking delivery of a Bafang crank drive soon I'm wondering if it wouldn't be a good idea to pull the spindle, and put a bunch of grease inside before I assemble it for the first time. Having never had one in my hand it's hard to tell for sure, ...

If I'd known at the time I would have taken measurements and pictures of the seal. It is actually a dust seal and not an oil seal. Like the type used for motorcycle wheel bearings. Maybe a stupid question, but can you remember about this sealing was vulcanized in the outer nut, or was it mounted se...
