Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Transferring heat from the motor to the shell was discussed previously (albeit briefly) https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=79788&p=1452234#p1452234 I still think the cheapest easy way is to fill the cavity with aluminium foil (or tape) whilst avoiding the electrically conducting ...

Re: New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

But My original questione was if there is a Way To cooling The motor Not a discussion about temp :-) I'm not sure if what you desire can be provided by the TSDZ2, but to reduce the temperature of the motor, the heat generated by the motor needs to be coupled to the (relatively) cool ambient air. Re: TSDZ2 mid drive -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for TongSheng TSDZ2 mid drive motor

I have found that if you need to remove a pcb from an encapsulated enclosure, it can generally be removed successfully, by tapping each existing PCB hole with a screw thread (a size larger than the existing screw), wherever a (screw) hole already exists in the PCB and any existing screw can be remov...

Re: Aprilia Enjoy

Thanks Tony, I have sent you a PM. If anyone else has one floating around it would be handy to have another to compare and repair especially if I destroy something removing the encapsulant. I am also going to experiment with the white wire and see if it is just a closed/open type thing or if there i...

Re: Aprilia Enjoy

I know I could use a regular controller, but when it worked, the original controller was actually pretty good I thought. I don't wan't a throttle and found that when it worked the original controller was good at matching the pedal force with motor torque, something few ebikes - even now - can master...

Re: Aprilia Enjoy, original controller wanted working or not

Hi, I've been lurking on here a number of years and am finally getting around to working on my Aprilia Enjoy "racing". Thanks to everyone who has contributed to the forum, I've been leeching information up till now! I've replaced the battery with 12 x 3.2V LiFePO4 10Ah pouch cells, for 38.4V 10Ah, f...
