Trying To Track ANT BMS Factory

Any ideas how to get to them?
I use their bms regularly and the resellers I buy from order one by one by request straight from their factory meaning that they do sell low quantities so why should I buy through a reseller.
Any ideas?

Re: Total Installed 16" (motorcycle) Tire Diameter?

It's for a low torque setup and with short spokes radial is going to be fine, I just wanted to see how far are the spoke holes of the motor from the inner rim on a 14" moto rim but I see that there is no problem.
Thanks :)

Re: Total Installed 16" (motorcycle) Tire Diameter?

the hub motor I saw laced to 14" moto rim was 1 cross .. I would avoid radial lacing if possible.. contact treatland, maybe they could measure OD on those 16" slim moped tires for you.. https://scontent.fric1-2.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t31.0-8/fr/cp0/e15/q65/11890354_10153553201366445_6386307173217470812_o....

I've seen it done, just not pretty.. noodle spokes and less than optimal spoke angles..
Even on radial lacing?

Re: Replacing Caps In Controller to Higher Voltage?

It really depends on the rest of your controllers components. The caps and FET's are the main ones to look at. My feeling is that your friends controller's company built a version for 120v that would work at 100v with cheaper caps from the factory. However not all controllers are built this way and...

Replacing Caps In Controller to Higher Voltage?

Was wandering... Heard this high end controller manufacture say to a friend that if he wants the 120V version of their controller he can deliver and that it's just a matter of changing the caps. So, I was wandering if it can work on most controllers limited to around 100V by changing to 120V caps. M...

I've got 16" moped tires on BMX rims. I can measure them when I get home, but it fits in a standard BMX fork without rubbing.

I think they're 16 x 2 x 2.25 size. I'll let you know...
If you can tell me the total diameter of the inflated tire on the rim that would be aweome!

Need CO2 Laser Help

I have a 60W laser cutting machine and was wandering what is a good solvent to mix in the water to A, clean the tube (heard about vinegar) and B to maintain clean water.
Also, what can a dirty tube cause? shorter life? lower power?

I know it changes with different tires and different rims but your personal experience can help here. It's not easy but manpower should be closed to zero compared...

Still won't work as it's hollow, it's like a dog's mouth haha, you will get a bit more area but still super thin. I think I've seen some rectangular ones somewhere that had those thin close lines as the rigid area and the whole area was touching and not just the sides. Even in car jumper cables they...

I don't believe those factors change anything about what I said. So IMO better to just shop for multiple suppliers to build to your specs with QC standards in the ...

Re: A Company That Helps With Opening A Factory In China?

Finding factories to produce your item under contract is more realistic than building your own factory. And no matter what your IP will quickly be copied and knockoffs ...

Will Copper Serial Connection Add Something?

I'm building my packs with 0.15mm thick pure nickel strips that have no pattern (one piece of about 27mm wide nickel) so instead of having the typical 8mm wide serial connection, I have an area that is as wide as the cell (18mm). So 18*0.15=2.7 which I devide that 2.7 by 4 in order to get the square...

There are many standards, Rg12. Because there are many variables. Engineers who design the assy are the ones to spec the fastener tourque. There is a standard for every service required. Some are Acme, some are Whitworth, 60* threads, square threads... some are SAE, ect. Pitch makes a big differenc...
