Re: Keywin problem - newbie

It wasn't a driver problem - it was the cable that was the culprit. I have changed the bridge to look like this : http://i1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa336/o00scorpion00o/Lecky/2011-11-30200938.jpg And 10 secs later it had a default 36V coding :D - and it works with my 36V accu :P Extra benefit - I'...

Re: Keywin problem - newbie

I was having trouble similar to you when trying to program a controller. At best the transmit box would turn a bit blue and hang there. With help from the controller seller I found that I needed to install a driver that came with the software package. It was right there I just did not know to insta...

Re: Keywin problem - newbie

My "No response" message comes pretty quick - almost instant of I just flick the button. If I click and hold the button I don't remember if it comes before I let go of the button or after, but it shows up. After numerous programming tries the controller won't drive the motor, unless it receives 48V...

Re: Keywin problem - newbie

Hi Jeremy, thanks for answering :D I THINK the USB/Serial cable driver is working. I get the progress bar running, if I choose the right com port, not if I choose the wrong one. I have searched coding, programming and keywin on this forum, and all descriptions of driver problems that I have found, ...

Re: Keywin problem - newbie

It's hard to diagnose this problem remotely, but it would seem that the serial connection between your PC and the controller isn't working. This is a very common problem, with a multitude of different causes. It may be because the driver for the USB to serial converter in the lead isn't installed p...

Re: Keywin problem - newbie

Can anybody help? I'm stuck with parts for 350 euro that won't work before i get the controller coded for 36V. I have mailed http://www.ebike-solutions.de/ and asked if I have the right cable, but no answer yet. My cable is different from what I find on this forum : "USB Cable with 5 cords, white, g...

Re: Keywin problem - newbie

I just confirmed that the controller and motor works if I serialize my 36V with a 12V battery.

Cheers,
Torben

Keywin problem - newbie

Hello, new here. I just bought a EB 309 controller from http://www.ebike-solutions.de/ with a programming cable. I got the driver working, and the software tries to code the controller when I push the button on the cable (the blue boxes flashes over). But I get a "No responce" message most of the ti...

Re: Keywin E-bike Lab Parameter Designer Software Manual-ver

Hi guys, I just bought my controller, and was hoping to get this software setup for programming in the future. Unfortunately, when I download any of the files in the first post, then try and unzip them, WinRAR says that the archive is corrupt, :| and I can't do anything with them  Does anyone ...
